By inviting or using Zishi in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Zishi.

2. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, spam, or automated exploitation
• No attempts to disrupt or overload the Bot
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts

3. Service Availability

Zishi is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict, blacklist, or terminate access to any user or server violating these Terms without prior notice.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the use or inability to use the Bot.

6. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Zishi indicates acceptance of changes.

If you do not agree to these Terms, remove Zishi from your server immediately.
